The Big Leap
At the start of the year, we made a conscious decision to step away from our traditional careers and focus entirely on bringing this idea to life. While the road ahead was uncertain, the enthusiasm and belief in our product fueled us forward. Now, seeing our efforts materialize into a tangible product feels surreal — after all the time, effort, and setbacks, we are finally presenting a solution we believe can make a real difference.
Origin Story: From Personal Challenge to Market Solution
Our journey began out of a deeply personal need. My partner has struggled with insomnia for years, and conventional methods offered no relief. In search of a solution, we developed a prototype that transformed their sleep quality. Recognizing that many others might face similar challenges — such as travelers, night-shift workers, new parents, or renters seeking better sleep — we realized this product’s potential to serve a broader community.
Launching on Kickstarter
We are excited to share that our product is now live on Kickstarter. Achieving our funding goal in under two hours was an overwhelming and exhilarating milestone. Having someone who understands and shares the vision has been invaluable. It reinforced the importance of building a support system when undertaking bold endeavors.

Transparency has been central to our strategy. We openly shared our personal challenges with sleep and our journey as founders through platforms like LinkedIn and our newsletter. Balancing multiple priorities has taught us the importance of selective focus. We can’t do everything at once, so learning to say no and concentrate on what truly moves the needle has been essential. This discipline enabled us to secure two patents, gather over 6,000 email signups before launch, and develop a new product—all within a short timeframe.

While we don’t yet know how our Kickstarter campaign will turn out, we believe that taking the leap was the right decision.
